CAIS 2026 is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where all participants—regardless of identity, background, career stage, or institutional affiliation—can contribute, learn, and thrive. Venue & Vendor Requirements

All venue and vendor contracts include non-discrimination clauses. Per ACM policy, CAIS reserves the right to cancel contracts without penalty if local or state legislation is enacted that:

Travel Grants

We offer travel grants to support participation by researchers from underrepresented groups and those facing financial barriers. Application details will be posted with registration information.

Childcare Support

Lactation rooms will be available. We welcome supervised children in public conference areas. Contact us for local childcare referrals.
